Kevin has been an Ontario Lawyer for 20+ years and is a graduate of Queen’s University Law School LL.B. ‘87 and Osgoode Hall LL.M. ‘99. He has worked both as a Criminal Defence Lawyer and as an Assistant Crown Attorney and has taught 4th year University Legal Studies for many years at St. Jerome’s University, University of Waterloo. He is also a Past President of the John Howard Society of Waterloo-Wellington, a non-profit organization dedicated to Effective, Just and Humane Responses to Crime and Its Causes. In addition, he has held Executive positions in each of the manufacturing, retail, and service industries. Kevin is the Founder of The Burrows Firm Traffic Lawyers Professional Corporation and has practiced exclusively in the area of Criminal & Quasi-Criminal Driving Offences for more than a decade.

He is a veteran Litigator and a highly accomplished Criminal Defence Lawyer whose experience includes working for the Crown Attorney’s Office and a Federal Appointment as a Federal Drug Prosecutor. He was a Partner for many years in the Criminal Defence Law Firm of Kerekes, Collins, where he handled a wide range of complex criminal cases including several very high profile murder cases. Ian is a very well known and highly respected Criminal Trial Lawyer with extensive court experience. He is also a highly accomplished Civil Litigator and has experience as in-house Corporate Counsel. His current practice with the Firm focuses exclusively on complex criminal driving offences and Impaired / Over 80 cases; primarily in the Toronto Region.
   
Edmund Pic Edmund Chan, B.A., M.P.A., M.A., LL.B., Barrister & Solicitor Edmund has been an Ontario Lawyer for 15+ years and is one of the most experienced Criminal Driving Defence Lawyers in the Province of his vintage, having handled thousands of Impaired/Over 80 cases. He is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, York University LL.B., ‘94, and also holds an M.P.A. from the University of Southern California and Criminal Justice degrees from both the State University of New York and the University of Washington. Edmund is fluent in both English and Cantonese. The focus of his practice, for most of his career, has been exclusively in relation to the defence of Criminal Driving Offences. He primarily handles court in North York and York Region including Brampton and Newmarket Courts, but also travels throughout Ontario defending Criminal Driving Charges.
   
Volga full Volga B. Pankou, B.A. (Hons), BSc, LL.B., LL.B., LL.M., Barrister & Solicitor Volga graduated from Law School 10 years ago and her background includes working with the Ministry of The Attorney General, Legal Services Branch, MTO Prosecutions and private Criminal Defence Practice. She is fluent in English, Russian and Belorussian and was a Law School Professor at The Institute of Modern Knowledge (Minsk, Belarus). Her academic achievements are singularly impressive: LL.B. and LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LL.B. from Belarus; Spec. Honours B.A., Public Policy and Administration, York University Summa Cum Laude, Dean’s Honour Roll; BSc silver medalist for academic excellence. Volga’s practice is Criminal & Quasi-Criminal Driving Offences, primarily in the Regions of Halton & Peel. She is the primary Trial Lawyer for all serious HTA charges in the GTA and for Impaired/Over 80 charges in Peel and Halton Regions.
